Shipping & Returns

Online orders are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Please contact us directly if you do not receive an order confirmation after purchase.

At checkout, please select local pickup, delivery, or shipping. Applicable local and state sales taxes will apply.

Smaller items may ship directly through standard carriers, while furniture and oversized pieces may require specialized third-party freight or white glove delivery services.

Free Local Pickup: Orders may be picked up from our NC warehouse by appointment. Please provide 24 hours notice & request assistance in advance for heavy or large items.

Parcel Shipping: Small, eligible items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and are delivered to your doorstep. 

Local Delivery: Local delivery may be available for select orders within the Charlotte area. Delivery includes placement inside the main entryway. Clients will be contacted directly by the delivery company to coordinate scheduling.

Freight Shipping: Large, heavy, or oversized pieces ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries require a scheduled appointment and signature upon delivery. Standard freight service includes threshold delivery only (inside main entrance). The delivery company will call to schedule the delivery date.

White Glove Delivery: White glove delivery may be available for select freight-eligible pieces upon request. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us directly via email for availability and quotes.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, delivery destination, and selected delivery method. Additional freight or oversized shipping charges may apply to exceptionally large or heavy pieces. Quotes will be provided for your review along with shipper’s contact information.

All freight deliveries must be inspected carefully prior to signing for delivery. Signing the delivery receipt without notation confirms the item was received in acceptable condition.

If visible damage is present at the time of delivery:

• Note all damage directly on the delivery receipt before signing
• Photograph both the exterior packaging and damaged area(s) of the item
• Notify us within 24 hours at drue@druebohrerantiques.com

Failure to document visible freight damage at the time of delivery may affect the ability to file a shipping claim.

Shipping Liability: 

Shipping costs are paid directly to the selected shipping carrier unless otherwise arranged prior to delivery.

Once an item has been picked up by a third-party carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for the shipment and delivery process. Any damage incurred during transit must be reported directly to the shipping provider as soon as possible.

Please retain all packaging materials and document any damage thoroughly with photographs and videos to assist with potential shipping claims.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Each item is carefully sourced, photographed, and described as accurately as possible, including any visible age, wear, patina, or imperfections consistent with antique and vintage pieces. We encourage clients to review all dimensions, photographs, and product details carefully prior to purchase.

Because inventory is limited and cannot be restocked, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
